The LifeGem Remembrance Diamond is originally an American invention. LifeGem Created Diamonds, the company name under which the company introduced the “Remembrance Diamond” in 2002, was founded by brothers Dean and Russell VandenBiesen and brothers Greg and Mike Herro.
Shortly after the introduction of the LifeGem diamond in the United States, LifeGem Europe is introducing the Remembrance diamond in Europe. In April 2003, after careful preparation in the Netherlands, the starting pistol was fired for what to date has led to LifeGem representations in several European countries.
In the years that LifeGem has been operating, developments have not stood still. LifeGem was able to add new products to its lineup. In addition, carbon – in addition to cremation ash – can also be extracted from a lock of hair.
